BPS Goes To Campus Socialization of Population Census 2020 (SP2020)

Residents are subjects as well as objects in development. Therefore, data collection is needed regarding the number, composition, distribution and characteristics of the population. In 2020, the Population Census will again be held by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). Unlike the previous population census, the 2020 population census will use the combined data collection method. Using registration-based data, residents can participate in the census by filling out a questionnaire list online via the https://sensus.bps.go.id link which will be open from 15 February to 31 March 2020 and residents who have not filled out online will be recorded in the field survey in July 2020.
Towards the implementation of the population census in 2020, various activities in the context of socializing the population census to the community have also been carried out by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Batu Municipality. One such activity is the socialization of the 2020 population census to campuses in Batu Municipality. The activity entitled "BPS Goes To Campus - Socialization of Population Census (SP) 2020" was held at two campuses in Batu Municipality, the Indonesian Gospel Institute (I3) and Batu Bible School (SAB). It is hoped that with these activities, students who are millennials can participate in the implementation of the online population census and help the success of the population census by inviting families and people around them to participate in the online population census.
