Abstract

Poverty is a multidimensional problem that is not solely related to economic aspects but also encompasses social, educational, and health aspects. The government has demonstrated a strong commitment to poverty alleviation. Addressing poverty issues continues to be a priority in regional development planning and implementation.This publication, "Poverty in Batu City," was prepared as a contribution to providing information on poverty conditions in Batu City. The data used is sourced from the March 2024 National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas). This publication presents a methodology and descriptive analysis related to poverty in 2024.
