Executive Summary of Employment Conditions in Batu Municipality 2012

To meet the government's needs in the development planning process, BPS conducts the National Labor Force Survey (SAKERNAS). Specifically, SAKERNAS provides information on the number of employed people, unemployment, and those who have previously worked, as well as trends at the district/city, provincial, and national levels. For data presented at the district/city level, SAKERNAS data collection is conducted in August each year.In 2013, BPS Batu City, for the first time, compiled the Executive Summary of the Employment Situation in Batu City for 2012. This publication is the main product of the 2012 SAKERNAS implementation, providing a concise overview of employment indicators in Batu City. It is hoped that this publication will be useful for data users, particularly in regional policymaking. The Executive Summary of the Employment Situation in Batu City for 2012 also provides explanations about the survey background, methodology, concepts and definitions, as well as a brief review.
