Abstract

Please note that this publication presents new method HDI (Human Development Index) figures. In calculating the HDI with the new method, several changes and adjustments to the HDI have been made to both the indicators used and the calculation techniques. So it is hoped that the HDI figures for this new method will be more valid and relevant in measuring human development achievements. It is hoped that the data and information on Batu Municipality's human development presented in this publication can help the government, business world, education world and society develop strategies and strive for better and more sustainable development.
