Abstract

This publication presents new method HDI figures. In calculating the HDI with the new method, several changes and adjustments to the HDI have been made to both the indicators used and the calculation technique. So it is hoped that the HDI figures for this new method will be more valid and relevant in measuring human development achievements. It is hoped that the Human Development Index (HDI) of Batu Municipality data and information presented in this publication can help the government, business world, education world and society develop strategies and strive for better and more sustainable development.
